K2 Systems now enables direct mounting of the Insertionrail on Basicclips. The clips are screwed onto the high rib of the trapezoidal sheet metal and the Insertionrail is then inserted directly into the clips. The modles can subsequently be placed into the rail without additional module clamps.

The Instafix AWK all-weather channel from Wichmann is designed for fire-safe routing of solar cables in outdoor rooftop applications. The system is intended to prevent fire transmission across cantilevered fire walls. The channel is built for permanent outdoor use and can be installed even in confined spaces or complex cable routing situations.

Kiwigrid has started developing its own artificial intelligence for energy management. The new AI assistant is called Matua, reflecting the system’s predictive capabilities.

The software from Berlin-based company Autarc covers the entire process from quotation preparation to implementation, enabling module planning in both 2D and 3D. Key features include automated roof layout, electrical system design and direct comparison of planning variants. (nhp)
