PV Europe product highlights – storage, inverter upgrades and 2,000-volt fuses

Haier Energy has unveiled the E-Tower HV, a modular high-voltage battery storage system designed for private households and small businesses. The system integrates a three-phase hybrid inverter with a power output between four and 15 kilowatts, and offers modular battery capacity from 4.8 to 28.8 kilowatt-hours.

OBO Bettermann has launched a new mounting system for solar installations. The Magic PV Flat Glue system allows ballast-free installation on flat roofs with inclinations of up to five degrees. It is designed specifically for roofs with bitumen or plastic membrane (FPO) coverings.

Manufacturer Kostal has raised the maximum input current of its Plenticore Plus G2 hybrid inverter to 15 amperes per MPP tracker via a software update. The upgrade is applied automatically and covers both new and existing devices.

Mersen is offering a new fuse series for photovoltaic systems rated at 2,000 volts DC. The HP20P fuses are the first of their kind in this power class, offering manufacturers new options for compact, efficient system architectures. (nhp)
