Visually, the module features a fully black, busbar-free front, making it suitable for rooftop installations as well as facades and special applications. In the event of partial shading, the cell architecture routes the current around the affected areas, reducing power losses. An improved temperature coefficient further limits yield losses at high temperatures. The company’s photovoltaic modules are manufactured under the Kioto Solar brand at two production sites in Austria.
