SL Rack’s new metal roof tile is mounted directly onto the rafter and is available in various sizes. The optimised clamp features a larger screw head, speeding up installation and enhancing stability by reducing twisting and bending. In addition, an adjusted angle between the support plate and the clamp body makes it easier to position modules on the rail.

For trapezoidal sheet metal roofs, SL Rack offers the Trapez-6 clamp made of EPDM, which is self-sealing, compensates for thermal expansion and is UV-resistant. An optional metal cover provides additional protection.
Movement radius of 153°
In the ground-mounted and agri-PV segment, the company showcased the vertical SL Agri Wall system, which combines agriculture and energy generation. The system consists of just two main components and requires only about one percent of the area for installation, while around 90 percent remains available for agricultural use.
SL Rack also presented its tracker with a movement range of 153° and tracking times of under six minutes. The system accommodates up to 400 m² of module area per drive and integrates features such as storm and snow protection, along with intelligent control.
Automatic adaption to uneven terrain
Antaisolar also unveiled new installation solutions, in particular the AT-Spark tracker system. The system uses a multi-slew drive and an octagonal rotation tube, which, according to the manufacturer, increases rigidity and strength while reducing material costs. A span of up to 143 metres reduces the number of foundation piles required. Thanks to a dual ball bearing system, the tracker automatically adapts to uneven terrain.
The modular design accelerates installation, while the SmartTrail control system optimises energy yield through tracking. Intelligent protection functions and SCADA-based monitoring tools support operational safety and efficient plant management. (hcn)
