Because the system stands on ballast rather than drilled or rammed foundations, it can be used on sites where ground intrusion isn't feasible, such as former landfill areas. Installation follows the principle of established flat-roof systems: set up, ballast and click in the modules.
The system can be fully dismantled, returning the site to its original condition, which is particularly relevant for leased land, special-use sites and municipal projects. (nhp)
