The latest model completes the Dresden manufacturer's Inverter Vision series, which now spans three kilowatts single-phase to 30 kilowatts three-phase. As with all inverters from Solarwatt, overpowering of the PV array by up to 200 percent is possible, so the device can accept a maximum input of twice the AC output, equivalent to up to 60 kilowatts. A single inverter, paired with two battery towers, can buffer 36.4 kilowatt hours and deliver this at up to 30 kilowatts of power, removing the need for an additional inverter.
The hybrid inverters are equipped with two MPP trackers (single-phase) or three (three-phase), feature integrated arc fault detection and meet IP65 protection class, with surge protection also built in. (nhp)
