Solar modules

A new heterojunction module with 430 watts

Equipped with heterojunction cells in the large G12 format, the new product is ideal for private installations where space is limited. At 210 x 210 millimetres, the G12 wafers and cells are larger. However, with the new module design, the Alpha Pure-R is also suitable for private rooftop installations. The four-part junction box divides the module into four strings, reducing the size of the sections that switch off when shaded. This allows the module to generate more energy even when partially shaded.

The new module has 80 halved cells. The cell interconnection technology improves current flow and eliminates invasive soldering processes. Thanks to the frame with two cross braces, the module is robust enough to bear snow loads of up to 7,000 pascals and wind loads of up to 4,000 pascals. (mfo)
