Equipped with PLC (Power Line Communication) technology, the smart junction box transmits operating data in real time via the DC cables, without the need for extra wiring. The data is forwarded to a gateway and synced with a cloud platform, enabling performance monitoring at the module level. This allows early detection of anomalies, supports AI-based diagnostics and speeds up fault resolution.
In addition to boosting yield, the Navigator module is built to streamline operation and maintenance. In a conventional system, inspecting a ten megawatt plant can take ten technicians three days.
