The smart meter can act as a central control unit for intelligent load shifting and grid-friendly operation of decentralised energy generators. Designed for DIN rail mounting, it measures real-time electricity consumption, feed-in and grid load. The data is transmitted to the Ecoflow app via Wi-Fi, LAN or Bluetooth.
When paired with Ecoflow’s Stream systems, the smart meter can adjust microinverter output to match household consumption in under one second. According to the manufacturer, this boosts self-consumption of the solar energy generated.
The meter handles currents up to 120 amperes per phase and works with both single-phase and three-phase installations. Its compact design, IP30 protection rating and professional installation make integration with existing solar and home energy systems especially straightforward. (nhp)
