In today's landscape, many Ukrainians work abroad, and SSK actively supports its compatriots by providing employment opportunities. This allows the company to tap into significant labour resources for large-scale projects. A prominent example is the 100-megawatt project currently underway in Poland, which is expected to be completed in just six months.

Development prospects

SSK has successfully integrated and adapted to the high requirements of HES (Health, Environment, Safety) and other mandatory norms and standards in Europe. The company has obtained several certifications, such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, EN 1090-1, EN 1090-4, and undergoes annual production control (FPC) audits for CE marking of its products.

Production capacities

With extensive expertise in metal processing and galvanising, Solar Steelconstruction operates three production facilities in Ukraine with the capacity to manufacture over 1 gigawatt of mounting systems annually. The company is currently in the final stages of designing a new facility in Eastern Europe, demonstrating its ambition and commitment to production development in Europe, while main production remains in Ukraine.

Overcoming challenges

"Despite the complexities caused by the war in Ukraine, we hope for the recovery and prosperity of the green energy market in Ukraine and are ready to use our European experience to contribute to the country's development," emphasises Evgeniy Yaremenko, the company's founder and CEO. (mfo)
