Both versions have been optimised for use in a centralised and decentralised system design. The Fronius Tauro is available with an output of 50 kilowatts. It has three MPP trackers and a very wide input voltage range.

The Tauro Eco has only one MPP tracker, is optimised for efficiency and cost, and is available in the 50, 99 and 100 kilowatt power classes. The AC Daisy Chaining Option allows the installer to connect the AC cables of several Tauros directly in the device. (mfo)
