Installed on an industrial rooftop owned by the French real estate development company PRD (Percier Réalisation et Développement), the solar plant spans 62,000 square metres and has an installed capacity of 12.8 MW. As the largest facility of its kind in France, it will generate approximately 13 GWh of electricity annually, equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of around 3,000 French households.
The project’s partners include PRD and investment management company HMC (Harbert Management Corporation), which has a track record of successful collaborations with Urbasolar.
