Storage capacity ranges from 452 to 904 kWh, with power output between 184 and 368 kW. The system uses battery inverters from Kaco, and the FEMS energy management system offers a range of functions for multi-use applications. Target customers include commercial operators, agricultural businesses and post-EEG installations, with manufacturing taking place in Germany.
Fenecon had already expanded its portfolio earlier with the Commercial 100, a commercial storage system featuring a hybrid inverter rated at 100 kW and scalable storage capacity of 39.2 to 420 kWh. The growing interest in commercial storage is driven in part by the exemption from grid fees in energy market trading in place since January this year.
