RES acquires Blueshore Energy

Blueshore Energy provides commercial and technical management for solar and wind farms as well as portfolio management for investors in the Australian market. The acquisition brings RES new clients and improved presence in the fast-growing Australian market. Blueshore Energy's experienced team will be transferred to RES' support team to continue to service the assets.

Asset Management to grow further

RES is looking to further expand its asset management business. "In this regard, we see great growth opportunities in Germany due to the stable political framework and society's commitment to renewable energies," analyses Marco Perona, CEO Support Services at RES. RES takes its own approach to operations and maintenance, focusing on in-depth analysis and optimisation of energy parks.

RES has been active in renewable energy for more than 40 years and has installed more than 22 gigawatts of clean power capacity worldwide. The company has over 1.5 gigawatts of direct power purchase agreements (PPAs) with companies to provide them with access to low-cost, clean energy.
