New insertion system from suits both façades and pitched roofs

The insertion rail is a load-bearing hollow chamber profile with module guides on both sides, allowing up to 50 per cent greater span width. It suits all module frame heights without requiring additional adapters. To prevent module field movement—common in floating systems with standard insertion rails—S-Flex has developed a special module clamp. Despite this, the system remains flexible, accommodating thermal expansion without damaging the modules.

The system’s aesthetic finishing touch on the façade comes from a side-mounted end plate, complemented by an eaves plate mounted underneath. The entire system can be designed in accordance with Eurocode 9 as an aluminium supporting structure. (mfo)
