Nomad Electric delivers first EPC projects in Portugal

Nomad Electric is undertaking the construction of EPC utility-scale solar plants in Portugal with a total capacity of 45 megawatts. Such installations are currently being constructed in the Pinhal, Santarém, Marmeleiro, and Alentejo regions.

The solar park covers an area of approximately 186 acres, most of which is unused farmland.

Fukushima City: 100 MW solar farm

Juwi Shizen Energy, the joint venture founded in 2013 between the German project developer Juwi and the Japanese developer of wind and solar parks Shizen Energy, has successfully connected the largest single project in its history to the grid in Fukushima City and has already handed it over to the operator.

Hamburg-based solar and wind farm operator Blue Elephant Energy AG (BEE) has signed the acquisition of six ready-to-build photovoltaic parks in the Netherlands with a total capacity of 120 MW.

juwi Shizen Energy builds 100-megawatt solar park in Japan

The Azuma Kofuji solar farm is the largest EPC contract for the joint venture and generates electricity for more than 30,000 households. Commissioning is scheduled for spring 2023.
