Two AC outputs provide up to 3.6 kW in grid-tied operation and up to 3,600 W of backup power in off-grid mode. The integrated storage unit holds 2.68 kWh and can be expanded to up to 56.4 kWh. Bidirectional charging runs at 1.4 kW. The system is controlled via the Mysigen 4.0 app in combination with the Sigen AI platform, which supports dynamic electricity tariffs in around 50 countries and generates forecasts for solar generation, consumption, battery behaviour and grid feed-in.
The Sigen AI Assistant, powered by the Sigenagent AI agent, is integrated into the app and enables users to create tailored energy strategies, run fault diagnostics and carry out data analyses with charts and optimisation suggestions using natural language.
