The Sigenstor Neo's battery modules use LFP cell chemistry and come with capacities of 6 kWh and 8 kWh. For the first time, the unit includes backup power control, which can supply key loads in the home during a power outage.
A smart input enables the connection of inverters, generators, heat pumps or EV chargers from other manufacturers. External energy management platforms and dynamic electricity tariffs can also be integrated, including those from Luox, Gridx, Sportmyenergy and Tibber.
Also newly introduced is Sigenflux, the company's first heat pump, which in combination with the Sigenstor Neo makes rooftop solar power available for space heating. (nhp)
