The design is modular: a single unit can comprise between two and six battery modules, offering a usable capacity of 8.6 to 25.9 kWh per tower. Two towers can be operated on a single inverter, while larger installations can combine up to ten towers for a total of 259 kWh. Solarwatt guarantees a residual capacity of 80 percent after 16 MWh and 70 percent after 22 MWh of energy throughput per module over a ten-year period.
The Vision battery and inverter are matched through a high-voltage topology. Installation is available in both AC and DC configurations, and a backup power function is integrated. Battery Vision 2.0 is backward compatible with version 1.0 and available immediately. (nhp)
