Oicles Renewable Energy (a subsidiary of GoldenPeaks Capital) and R.Power have finalized a transaction. In this transaction, the aforementioned entity will acquire 100 per cent of the shares in companies holding a portfolio of 69 megawatts of ground-mounted photovoltaic farms.

The ongoing transaction involves the acquisition of a portfolio of ready-to-build (RtB) photovoltaic assets located in various areas of the country. Once the PV farms are constructed, they are expected to generate approximately 75 gigawatt hours of electricity annually. (mfo)
