The acquisition was made possible following a recent investment by Bolster, a Dutch long-term investment firm, into Eternal Sun. The additional capital provided the financial foundation for this strategic transaction.

Eternal Sun’s acquisition of Wavelabs builds on the Dutch company’s track record of integrating complementary solar metrology providers. In 2016, Eternal Sun acquired and successfully integrated the testing division of Massachusetts-based Spire Corporation, revitalising the business and achieving nearly a decade of strong, sustained growth for the combined operation.
