The performance gain comes from more efficient solar cells, tighter cell spacing and passivated edge technology, says Solarwatt, who are offering a 30-year product and performance warranty on the bifacial double-glass modules.
The Vision 5.5 series comes in three variants: the Black version with a black cell background and black aluminium frame, the Style version with a transparent background and black frame, and the Pure module with a white background and grey frame.
All variants come with a 35 mm aluminium frame. Installation partners can order the modules through the company's Pro Shop, with deliveries scheduled to begin in April 2026. Solarwatt puts the carbon footprint of a single module at around 215 kilograms of CO2 equivalents. (nhp)
