Solar modules:

New module formats up to 490 watts with larger wafers

CS Wismar has invested a lot of money in new production technology to be able to process large wafers of up to 220 square millimetres. The new module formats measure 1,560 x 1,145 millimetres to 2,110 x 1,145 millimetres; they are just as suitable for roofs as for solar parks. The capacity of the new production reaches up to 200 megawatts per year.

The smallest format (1,560 x 1,145 millimetres, 19.5 to 23 kilograms, 350 watts) was specially designed for handy installation on the roofs of residential buildings. With the medium format (1,745 x 1,145 millimetres, 22 to 26 kilograms, 400 watts), the Sonnenstromfabrik offers a variant for the premium segment. It is also available as a black glass-glass module (Full Black).

The largest format of the new module generation, 2,110 x 1,145 millimetres, is planned for large-scale systems on open spaces. All new formats are available as low-reflection and low-carbon versions. The smaller and medium module format will additionally be available as Full Black and ACM versions. (mfo)
