PV Guided Tours:

Bernhard Weilharter of Sonnenstromfabrik: High performance for all customers

-

PV Guided Tours: Sonnenstromfabrik has developed an innovative portfolio of solar modules - from in-roof modules to semi-transparent modules to low-reflection project panels with built-in light traps. The flagship is the current double glass series Excellent. In the video, Bernhard Weilharter, Managing Director of the module supplier, explains the advantages of the new glass-glass modules and other innovations.

Solar modules:

New module formats up to 490 watts with larger wafers

As Managing Director of Sonnenstromfabrik, the most modern and qualitatively leading manufacturer of photovoltaic modules in Europe, I am driven by the vision of climate-neutral energy production.

Some of these solar modules are dummies, that is they do not generate electricity. They are simply there to create a uniform appearance.

Solar hip roof ensures high energy standard and attractive appearance

-

A brand-new building complex in Amsterdam was equipped with a solar-active hip roof. This not only meets the strict Dutch efficiency standards, but also the aesthetic requirements of the architect.

In all variants of the module, the cells are laminated between two panes of glass with a thickness of two millimetres.
