OBO integrates cable management into frame system

According to the company, these include junction boxes such as DC connection or combiner boxes, battery modules, energy storage units, and equipotential bonding and earthing rails. The system is intended for use on rooftops and open ground. It is available in various versions for wall and floor mounting, as well as in different sizes.

A protective roof is designed to reduce the thermal load on the inverter and shield it from precipitation. According to OBO, the system architecture is suitable for both centralised and decentralised plant types and is compatible with common inverter models. Integrated cable management is provided for AC, DC and data lines. The cable tray used can also accommodate ballast. The manufacturer states that the system is designed for international wind and snow load zones. (nhp)
