OBO adds cable management to PV inverter frame

Integrated components include junction boxes such as DC connection or combiner boxes, battery modules, energy storage units, and equipotential bonding and earthing rails. The system is intended for use on rooftops and open ground, and is available in various sizes and in versions for both wall and floor mounting.

A protective roof reduces the thermal load on the inverter and shields it from precipitation. The system architecture suits both centralised and decentralised plant types and is compatible with common inverter models. Integrated cable management is provided for AC, DC and data lines, with the cable tray also able to accommodate ballast. The manufacturer states that the system is designed for international wind and snow load zones. (nhp)
