The signing of the contract coincides with the official launch of Solar Steel’s new 2P solar tracker, TracSmarT+2P, which has recently been added to the company’s portfolio.
Designed for utility-scale and agrivoltaic projects, the 2P tracker has already attracted interest from Italian developers seeking solutions that optimise land use and maximise energy yield, according to the company. The Spanish tracker manufacturer reports a pipeline of 1 GW of supplied capacity in Italy. (hcn)
