Thanks to the independent positioning of the cover plate, the hook can always be installed above the rafter, transferring forces directly into the roof structure. A patent-pending labyrinth seal ensures the freely chosen penetration point is permanently sealed during installation without extra effort. The high load capacity, combined with the new robust X60 rail, reduces the number of roof hooks needed, significantly cutting installation time and material costs. Optimised load transfer makes the system suitable for areas with heavy snow loads.
First, the base plate is bolted to the rafter and the carriage fixed in position. The cover plate is then freely placed on the carriage and adjusted to match the tile contour. The pre-assembled hook is secured with two thin sheet metal screws. Depending on the height of the roof battens, the slider can be mounted at three different heights. A pre-assembled quick connector enables fine adjustment of the engaged X-rail. These pre-assembled components allow rapid installation using just one tool. (nhp)
