Prices for modules and home batteries headed in opposite directions in September 2026, sun.store’s indices show, as module demand edged up and commercial storage stayed firm.

Module prices eased in all four segments of sun.store’s September PV Index, with TOPCon bifacial at €0.114/W, while the platform’s purchasing managers’ index (PMI) rose to 67. In the September Battery Index, residential battery prices rose by 7 to 10 percent, with high-voltage performance systems up most and low-voltage products at €94.4/kWh. Commercial storage held firm.
