Quantumsolarpv GmbH of Germany has signed a cooperation agreement with Poland’s T&T Proenergy S.A., with Swiss company Plenergy Compass GmbH joining as technical partner. The three firms will jointly develop and deliver photovoltaic projects tailored to foreign investors in Poland.

500 MW solar projects with storage for Polish market
The partners are preparing a pipeline of more than 500 MW of projects in Poland, with some sites designed as hybrid systems incorporating battery energy storage. Electricity sales will be structured through power purchase agreements, direct supply to businesses and municipalities, and participation in wholesale markets. Storage systems are expected to play a key role in stabilising output and supporting grid services. The cooperation is planned as a long-term partnership and may expand into other European markets.

440-MWp hybrid PV portfolio on sale
R.Power, an independent power producer founded in Poland and active across Europe, has launched the sale of a 440 MWp ready-to-build portfolio in its home market. The portfolio includes four high-voltage projects, some with hybrid configurations featuring battery storage and provisions for future wind integration. EY-Parthenon has been appointed financial and transaction advisor.
