New SonnenFlat shares proceeds of the power exchange with customers

With the SonnenFlat and the new Sonnenbatterie 10, sonnen presents its customers a package that for the first time offers households direct income from its virtual power plant by giving them a share of the proceeds. Thus customers with a Sonnenbatterie 10 and a capacity starting from 11 kilowatt-hours receive a profit share of 119 euros per year, guaranteed for ten years.

Instead of the previous package limits, the new flat rate is an intelligent power contract that can be individually adapted to a consumption of up to 100,000 kilowatt hours per year. In addition the previous membership fees for the SonnenCommunity are no longer applicable.

No further costs or fees

The photovoltaic system and battery storage can thus be designed so that the household electricity bill is reduced to zero euros, without any further costs or fees. The majority of the electricity required is generated by the community itself, as is customary for traditional self-consumption. The rest of the household's needs are covered by a free electricity supply.

For the new flat rate, Sonnen supplies the Sonnenbatterie 10 as a standard product for the European markets. With a higher output of 4.6 kilowatts, it offers even more self-sufficiency. The smallest variant starts at 5.5 kilowatt hours, the largest variant is 27.5 kilowatt hours. For commercial applications, the battery can be cascaded up to 247.5 kilowatt hours. (mfo)
