pv Guided Tours – The ultimate opportunity to sign up

As solar experts from all over the Europe are comming together at The Smarter E in Munich to discover the latest innovations in the solar industries, we are once again offering our pv Guided Tours. The first day today was a success, but there is still a chance to sign up for tomorrow's tours.

Once again photovoltaik, the leading B2B medium, pv Europe the English-language website and The Smarter E Europe will offer guided tours to exhibition visitors, especially system planners, specialist technicians, architects and engineers. The guided tours will highlight the outstanding innovations for the solar energy transition that the exhibiting companies are offering. Participation is free of charge, but the number of places is limited. The pv Guided Tours, which each focus on one topic, happen in German every day of The smarter E – May 15 - 17, 2019 – and additionally in English on Wednesday and Thursday.
The following tours are available:

  • Solar power storage for residential use (home storage)
  • Power storage and off-grid solutions for companies, municipalities, industry and utilities
  • Building-integrated photovoltaics (BIPV: solar facades, in-roof systems, solar roof tiles)
  • Electric mobility: Installation and integration of charging systems and electric vehicles
  • Intelligent power electronics for the integration of solar power and heat into the building supply system (energy management systems, inverters, data loggers, smart metres)
  • High-efficiency modules, monitoring of solar parks, cleaning and maintenance of solar generators
  • Mounting systems (flat roof, pitched roof, ground-mounted systems)

The groups will be guided by a competent editor. All tour groups will be welcomed at the participating companies’ stands by experienced engineers or product managers who will explain their innovations. Participants will be able to ask detailed questions. Every guided tour lasts around two hours. The starting point is at the pv Europe and photovoltaik stand (Hall B1, Stand 209). Participants Are kindly asked to register in advance. The registration includes a free day pass for The smarter E Europe. Headsets will be provided.
