The round-trip efficiency of the Ja Galaxy system stands at 93%. The safety architecture incorporates multi-stage protection with millisecond response times, real-time monitoring, and a three-stage fire detection and suppression system. The modular design is intended to simplify operation and maintenance.
Also on display at the trade fair is Ja Planet, JA Solar's storage system for commercial and industrial applications. Launched in December 2025, the lithium iron phosphate system has a capacity of 261 kWh and an integrated 125 kW power converter. It can be scaled up to 20 units, or 5.2 MWh, and reaches an AC-side efficiency of up to 88%.
The warranty runs for five years and can be extended to ten, with a minimum state-of-health value of 80% or 8,000 cycles. Intersolar Europe takes place from 23 to 25 June in Munich. (nhp)
