Energy storage:

Up to three battery stacks can now be combined

The DC connections of the individual storage units are connected in parallel via the box and connected to the hybrid inverter Plenticore plus or the battery inverter Plenticore Bi. The connection box from BYD is compatible for the parallel connection of two or three battery systems of the HVS/HVM series.

In this way, storage capacities of up to 66.3 kilowatt hours can be realised. When designing the entire battery system, the planned configuration must comply with the manufacturer's specifications. All battery towers must have the same number of modules to prevent imbalances. In addition, HVS and HVM towers cannot be combined.

The CBA-40 A junction box accepts an input current of 35 amps and provides a maximum of 40 amps of output current at up to 1000 volts DC. Wall mounting of the box, which weighs only 9.7 kilograms, is easily possible. (mfo)
