BLUETTI launches new solutions at IFA 2026

Five days Berlin will be the hotspot of electronics. From 4 to 8 September 2026 more than 220,000 visitors are expected at the exhibition halls around the famous radio tower. BLUETTI present these products:

Pioneer 5000 E-Generator: A cleaner, quieter electric generator designed for professional work, delivering 5 kW of continuous power, 18 kW of surge power, and 5,120 Wh of battery capacity.

Balco 500: An all-in-one balcony solar and home storage system with a 5,024 Wh battery, up to 4,600 W PV input, 4,360W grid-tied and off-grid backup power.

Elite Mini Series: Three compact portable power stations spanning 288 Wh to 2,009 Wh for energy on the move.

BlueBot powered by AI-HEMS: A personalised energy intelligence system that learns how each household lives, turning everyday energy data into a dynamic “home energy model” for smarter decisions.

EnergyFlex System: Connects compatible BLUETTI portable power stations to home energy through the Balco Transfer Hub while preserving mobile and off-grid use.

Plug & Play Phase-Match Energy System: Automatically identifies phases and coordinates compatible BLUETTI systems across L1, L2, and L3 to maximise solar self-consumption.

Products for Professional, Home and Portable Power

Pioneer 5000 E-Generator: Beyond Fuel, Earn MorePioneer 5000 E-Generator establishes BLUETTI's professional E-Generator category for construction, equipment rental, emergency response, events, production and remote-site applications. Rather than a larger portable power station, it is a purpose-built, battery-powered E-Generator designed around the output, durability and connected smart management required for professional work—without the fuel, exhaust emissions, engine maintenance, noise and manual inspection associated with conventional generators.

The unit delivers 5 kW of continuous AC output and 18 kW of surge power for 0.1 seconds to start equipment such as air compressors, water pumps and motors. Its 5.12 kWh LFP battery can be expanded to 35 kWh, while IP65 water and dust resistance, IK10 impact protection, a rugged frame, and all-terrain wheels ensure reliable operation in demanding jobsite environments. Designed to perform across extreme temperatures from -20°C to 55°C, the system also maintains noise levels of no more than 50 dB.

With up to 5 kW AC input, the Pioneer 5000 E-Generator can charge from 5% to 80% in approximately 60 minutes; combined AC and PV input can reach 6.2 kW. BLUETTI App management and optional 4G (including GPS) support location tracking, status monitoring, fault alerts, remote diagnostics, and OTA updates—helping operators reduce routine site visits and downtime.

Balco 500: All-in-One Balcony Solar and Home StorageOfficially launching at IFA ahead of market availability following the show, Balco 500 combines a 5,024 Wh LFP battery with up to 4,600 W of high-voltage PV input across a 70–470 V range. Depending on market and operating mode, rated grid output ranges from 800 W to 3,680 W, with 3,680 VA backup output.

The 2-in-1 system integrates grid-tied and off-grid capabilities, supporting plug-in connection through Schuko or Wieland interfaces, distribution-panel integration, and AC coupling with an existing third-party inverter. BLUETTI states an IP65 protection rating, 8,000 battery cycles to 70% remaining capacity, and a 10-year warranty.

BLUETTI also previewed the Elite Mini Series, with the Elite 30 mini, Elite 100 mini, and Elite 200 mini spanning 288 Wh/300 W, 1,004 Wh/700 W, and 2,009 Wh/1,600 W, respectively. The models are approximately 15–42% smaller by volume and 7–25% lighter than corresponding Elite V2 Series products.

Intelligent Energy Systems for the Home

BlueBot powered by AI-HEMS: Available across the Balco Series, BlueBot is a personalised household energy assistant built around BLUETTI’s “One Home, One Model” approach. By combining household energy data with multiple algorithms, it builds a dynamic model of each home’s energy needs, habits, and priorities. As data accumulates, the model continuously learns and evolves, drawing on strategy modes, everyday energy behaviour, and historical event patterns—such as changing household loads, weather events, or periods of high demand—to help AI-HEMS better understand each home and dynamically adapt its energy strategies.

Beyond real-time optimisation, BlueBot uses this evolving model to predict and respond to changing energy needs, forecasting solar generation, energy demand, electricity prices, and potential risks while balancing savings, battery care, backup readiness, and user priorities. AI-powered insights can identify emerging patterns, provide proactive alerts, and recommend when to use, store, or reserve energy for specific scenarios.

Through natural-language interaction and the AI Decision Ledger, users can understand what the system is doing, why a strategy is being applied, and what impact it is expected to create. This makes AI-HEMS more personalised, proactive, and transparent—turning complex energy management into an experience that users can understand and trust.

The EnergyFlex System: Combines compatible BLUETTI portable power stations with the Transfer Hub and optional solar integration to create a Hybrid Distributed Energy System. At home, it supports solar self-consumption, tariff-aware charging, and backup power; when detached, the same battery retains its mobile and off-grid capabilities. EnergyFlex supports one primary unit and up to five secondary units, with grid-tied output of up to 800 W, subject to local regulations and final market configuration.

Plug & Play Phase-Match Energy System: Designed to address a practical challenge in European three-phase homes, the system works with a compatible three-phase smart meter to automatically identify the phase of each connected BLUETTI system and coordinate feed-in with household demand across L1, L2, and L3. This helps reduce unnecessary grid imports and maximise solar self-consumption without manual phase assignment. With compatible systems installed across different phases, total phase-matching capability can be more than 800 W. (HS)
