The Vertex S+ 505W combines n-type i-TOPCon technology with 210mm rectangular silicon wafer (210R) cell technology. This dual-glass module will yield up to 505 watts of power and deliver efficiency as high as 22.7%. This results in a longer lifespan, less light-induced degradation and higher conversion efficiency than with p-type modules.
