The black double glass modules are manufactured with module frames made of a new aluminium alloy: The frames are widened and fitted with two new reinforcing bars to better protect the solar cells.

According to the manufacturer, the modules can withstand a snow load of more than 6,000 pascals and an increased mechanical load of 20 per cent. The new module is suitable for residential and commercial rooftop installations. It measures 1,760 by 1,098 millimetres and has a module efficiency of 21.2 per cent.
