Re'graph toughens up FWS-PV firefighter switch for the outdoors

In a fire, photovoltaic systems can remain live even after the building supply has been cut, leaving first responders exposed to an energised installation. The FWS-PV addresses this directly: a central emergency stop triggers shutdown on arrival, while two 24 V optical indicators give an immediate read on whether the installation is live or the load-break switch has been tripped. The unit installs either as a standalone control point or as a built-in version integrated into fire brigade access points.

Both enclosure variants carry a fire-red powder coating (RAL 3000). The indoor FWS-PV-G is rated IP40 and features a box lock for a profile half-cylinder. The outdoor FWS-PV-G-IP54 adds a rain hood and swing-handle lock. (nhp)
