PV roof powers Slovak heat technology manufacturer

“This combined with products using renewable energy sources within company´s portfolio clearly underlines its approach towards sustainability“ our guest author Ľubomír Šlauka, Export Manager at Attack elaborates.

Attack installed another 230 kW PV plant onto remaining manufacturing, warehouse and office buildings roofs, while bringing a total installed solar power up to 430kW. To be more specific, one can see Fronius or Huawei inverters and Jinko Solar or JA Solar modules being used. And it is not only a renewable electricity source which powers the company premises day to day operation. There are biomass boilers, gas boilers and heat pumps around which provide an on site renewable heat source, too.

Have a look at an impressive short video here.

New domestic size heat pump

Besides biomass and gas boilers, Attack has recently introduced a domestic size heat pump, a new product within the portfolio, offering 6, 9, 12, 15 and 19 kW models. The Attack Inverter R32 Air / Water heat pump is a modern energy source based on the principle of obtaining energy from the ambient air and transferring it into a hot water heating system. It produces the energy needed for heating / cooling or DHW heating by using a primary energy source from the electricity grid, solar array or battery.

In addition to heating, the pump can also fully cool and thus ensure the required room temperature 365 days a year. The product consists of an outdoor and indoor unit. The outdoor monoblock unit makes installation and service easier. The Inverter heat pump has a simple and intuitive control via a 5” fully graphical touch screen which enables the control of two other temperature-independent heating circuits by controlling the zone mixing valve and the circulation pump.

The heat pump can also be controlled remotely via internet while using a wifi module and user friendly App on the go. Above all, having a seasonal coeficient SCOP 4,9, the heat pump is capable generating 4,9kW of heat power under 1kW of electrical power consumed. (hcn)
