The first phase of Solar 4me, now available, offers core functions for end users, including a dashboard with energy flow graphics, live data within the home network, and a redesigned list of systems and devices showing status and firmware information. The app also includes a dark mode and charging modes for direct wallbox control in the home network via the Enector. The initial release supports only current Kostal products.
Installer features are not yet included in the current version. According to the company, Phase 2, planned for 2026, will add a Pro mode, a commissioning assistant and the ability to add systems and devices through the app.
This second phase will also include Plenticoin management, activation codes, a setup wizard, and system settings with user management and alarm configuration. For later stages, Kostal has announced remote live data, device analysis with remote access, and iOS and Android widgets for generation, consumption and wallbox data. (nhp)
