Sungrow launches new and streamlined Commissioning 2.0 process

Sungrow’s Commissioning 2.0: Faster, easier, streamlined!

The commissioning process with Sungrow's free monitoring platform iSolarcloud has become much more efficient overall. Fewer steps are now required in the plant creation itself. And furthermore, now the installer can experience a seamless process between remote commissioning and local access. This saves time and costs on-site.

More flexible and convenient for the installer!

With the new commissioning process, the installer can separate the plant creation from the commissioning on-site. Thus, all data of the PV plant can first be entered conveniently on the computer or laptop, and then completed on-site with the WLAN connection and the selection of the grid code. On-site, the inverter will be automatically added to the plant that was previously created.

This also works in reverse order which means that if the ETH cable is used and not WIFI, then the whole commissioning can be totally done remotely and on the PC.

Seamless experience between Local Access and Remote commissioning

The commissioning experience looks and feels the same whether you start the commissioning remotely from the server or start the commissioning with Local Access. This is now coherent, and the installer doesn’t need to leave the iSolarCloud app anymore to complete the commissioning process.

Experience Commissioning 2.0 together with the new Residential Generation

The 3-phase PV inverter, the new storage system from Sungrow and the new commissioning process combine the most important features: technological progress, flexibility and safety.

During the test setup of the new 3-phase inverter, the installers from Energietechnik Stuhlenmiller praised: "Best product in terms of weight and design. In addition, wiring and installation are self-explanatory."

Memodo, one of the leading wholesalers of photovoltaic and electricity storage, has also tested installation and commissioning of Sungrow's residential battery and hybrid inverter:

"All modules can be moved by one person. The installation of the storage system is "plug & play" with a few and intuitive steps. Commissioning with the iSolarCloud app was also very easy."
