S-5! is bringing two attachment solutions to The smarter E Europe in Munich, where it is co-exhibiting with European partner RoofTech GmbH.
The smarter E Award 2026: Outstanding projects
The first is the S-5-CP, a non-penetrating clamp for solar carports and canopies, compatible with both Cee and Zee purlin-framed structures. By eliminating drilled holes, it reduces corrosion risk and simplifies installation without compromising structural performance. "Carport solar is one of the fastest-growing segments in attachment technology," says Juan Carlos Fuentes, S-5! Director of International Business. "The S-5-CP clamp enables engineers and installers to design stronger, simpler and more cost-effective solar carport systems."
The second product is the Facet Mount, designed for single-ply membrane roofs including TPO, EPDM and PVC. Cast from high-pressure aluminium, it offers 16 attachment points for load distribution and design flexibility while preserving roof integrity.

S-5! has been producing metal roof attachment solutions since 1992 and counts installations on more than three million metal roofs worldwide. The smarter E Europe appearance reflects a broader push into the European market, where carport solar and flat commercial rooftops represent a growing share of distributed generation capacity.
