Following a successful debut last year, Croatian solar and e-mobility charging provider and project developer AleDo TECH is back, together with its partners, to organise the Green Energy Fair in Croatia once more. More than 150 exhibitors will bring their products and business models for the energy transition to Arena Zagreb, engaging directly with investors, planners and installation companies driving the region's fast-growing solar, storage and e-mobility markets.
The organisers expect more than 7,000 visitors, drawn not only from Croatia but from Slovenia, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and other countries across the region. The fair aims to bring together industry, the public sector and experts, helping to build a secure, flexible and sustainable energy system for south-east Europe.
Storage as the missing link
Batteries and other storage systems will play a particularly important role, ensuring solar power can be properly integrated into grids that in some cases still require expansion, as well as into the wider energy system. Their ability to align generation with demand will be a central pillar of the region's energy transition.

The public sector is a key partner in this transition, playing a decisive role through its infrastructure investments. This applies not only to grid expansion: a large share of sector coupling is also being driven by municipalities, where the rollout of charging stations for electric vehicles and e-buses, along with the electrification of public transport, is increasingly becoming the norm rather than the exception.

Conference on the energy transition
The exhibition will again be accompanied by a conference covering key topics around the energy transition, extending beyond technical developments in solar and storage to related business models and the integration of solar power into the wider energy system. Presentations and panel discussions will cover flexibility and electric mobility in the public sphere, while commercial and industrial investors will find information on ESG standards and the use of solar power.
