Facilitating project development

The Ministry and the FZOEU have published the funding plan early to inform stakeholders and help citizens and businesses develop project proposals. More than €1.48 billion comes from the “Competitiveness and Cohesion” programme, the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, the Modernisation Fund and proceeds from the auction of emissions certificates. Additionally, the FZOEU will provide €98.5 million through its own calls for proposals.
