Solar Quality Summit Europe turns its lens on assets and performance

The Solar Quality Summit Europe will take place on 23 and 24 February 2027 in Málaga, organised by Intersolar and SolarPower Europe. The event is aimed at asset owners, EPCs, operations and maintenance providers, manufacturers, investors and technical specialists.

Real-world data takes centre stage

The programme will centre on strategies for improving the quality of solar and battery storage assets, with further priorities including performance risk management, industry standards development and long-term value preservation. Drawing on real-world performance data, sessions will cover degradation, failure patterns and asset health, delivered through expert presentations, technical workshops and practical case studies.

Risk, reliability and the financing question

Two workshops have already been announced: one on PV module technologies, covering performance, failure modes and field experience, and another on performance, reliability and lifetime risks in battery storage. A further strand addresses the interface between technology, financing and risk, exploring how investors, lenders, insurers and manufacturers can collaborate to strengthen quality assurance and project financing. The event will be held at the Hotel Barceló in Málaga. Further information is available at solar-quality-summit.com.
