The Aquarea domestic hot water heat pump is available as both a floor-standing and a wall-mounted unit. It achieves energy efficiency class A+ and thanks to a broad operating temperature range, it is suitable for a wide range of installation scenarios. The wall-mounted models are available with 100 litre and 150 litre hot water tanks.
Hot water temperatures of up to 60 °C are maintained at outdoor temperatures from minus five to 43 °C, without use of the electric heating element. The floor-standing models are available with 200 litre and 260 litre water tanks, likewise without electric heating element, with floor models providing water temperatures of up to 65 degrees. The Aquarea heat pump supports connection to photovoltaic systems and is available now; wall-mounted models will be available shortly. (nhp)
