The transaction brings total committed investment capital to €250 million and supports further portfolio expansion. The capital increase was subscribed by 3S Ra Holdings S.à r.l., a joint venture between the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and a subsidiary of the Three Seas Initiative Investment Fund (3SIIF), which finances infrastructure projects in Central and Eastern Europe. Amber Infrastructure Group acted as exclusive investment adviser to 3SIIF.

The capital increase completes the drawdown of agreed investor equity commitments. It was executed through the issuance of a single new share to 3S Ra Holdings. The ownership structure and shareholding ratios of R.Power remain unchanged. The newly raised capital will support further expansion of the company’s multi-technology portfolio, including solar photovoltaics, battery energy storage systems (BESS) and onshore wind projects across key European markets.
