E/Xpand HV: the future of Utility Scale
Among its main innovations, CEGASA presented the E/Xpand HV battery, an advanced solution for C&I and Utility Scale projects capable of reaching up to 5 MWh per system. This battery stands out for its modular and scalable design, easy integration in containerized solutions and air cooling modules that optimize system cycles. It incorporates its own control electronics and BMS, ensuring a useful life of up to 15 years and more than 6,000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge (DoD). It is ideal for large surfaces and is positioned as one of the most versatile and efficient solutions on the global market, ready for the most demanding challenges.
E/Scal HV: maximum compatibility for C&I installations
The E/Scal HV battery is specifically designed for the C&I segment. It is a modular and scalable solution that allows connecting up to 15 modules per string and up to 4 strings per system, reaching a total capacity of 344 kWh and an efficiency of over 98%. It offers plug & play connection without tools, maximum safety (integrated pre-charge and breaker) and compatibility with the most advanced inverters on the market. Its intelligent string management system optimizes performance and facilitates maintenance, with a nominal voltage range of 173 V to 864 V and a nominal power of the basic string of 9 kW. Equipped with its own BMS developed by CEGASA, it guarantees control and operational safety.
E/Bick LV: low voltage for very high performance
The E/Bick LV battery is an innovative scalable system with parallel capacity of up to 20 modules capable of responding to stand-alone and grid-connected projects, from 13 to 269 kWh. It also incorporates important advances in the module electronics, such as a pre-charge circuit, improved connectivity and a simplified installation style. For the residential sector, CEGASA has the E/Bick LV Home battery, a compact, modular and quick-to-install solution. With capacities ranging from 12.1 kWh to 16.6 kWh, this battery stands out for its plug & play, maintenance-free design. Efficient, safe and with an aesthetic adapted to residential environments.
