The AC architecture allows for easy system expansion at a later date if required.

The Sunpower Maxeon 5 is a module with 66 cells for private solar roofs. It has an output of 415 watts.

A microinverter from Enphase is already mounted on the back of the module. Sunpower itself describes it as a premium offering, that comes with a very competitive value proposition and is backed by a 25-year warranty.

The AC architecture also allows for easy system expansion at a later date if required. The AC module has been available since the beginning of the year through authorised Sunpower retailers and installers in Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands and Switzerland. (mfo)
