The revised fine toothing simplifies rail levelling by allowing height adjustments with a simple push or pull. Transport and storage costs are extremely low thanks to the foldable design, and one person can easily carry 20 pieces in a compact package onto the roof.
The base plate, with just three levels, provides high stability and sufficient adjustment to match the height of the roof battens. The XT-R is simply fixed to the rafter, then the rail is snapped in, aligned horizontally and tightened.
The roof hook is suitable for rail-based mounting systems with framed modules of any length or width, and frame heights between 30 and 50 millimetres. It can be combined with spacer plates, base plate bridges or the manufacturer’s metal replacement tiles. (nhp)
